The following is what The Lord gave me as I began to type up this
1st Poem Book He gave me to write!

God has opened up my mind & allowed these Poems & Thoughts to come out through my pen (Isaiah 30:8-9) to all who would receive them.
I trust you, too, will share in the JOYS of The Father & The Son &
The Holy Spirit that I have received from Him in writing these Poems.
Isaiah 61:1-3
(taken from The Living Bible, parentheses mine)
1. The Spirit of The Lord is upon me, because The Lord has anointed me to bring Good News to:
the suffering & afflicted (oppressed by Satan & unbelievers).
2. He has sent me to:
comfort the broken hearted (those who have lost all hope)
to announce liberty (FREEDOM) to captives (of their past)
& to open the eyes of the (spiritually) blind.
He has sent me to tell those who mourn (because they are back- slidden & think they can’t come back) that the Time of God’s favor
to them has come.
(PLEASE COME BACK TO GOD!)
& the day of His wrath (sinner beware) to their enemies.
3. To all who mourn in Israel (also Gentiles) He will give:
(A Crown of) BEAUTY for ashes
(The Oil of Gladness) JOY instead of mourning
(Garments of) PRAISE instead of heaviness.
For GOD has planted them (where has He planted YOU? -
Mark 4:14) like strong & graceful oaks for HIS OWN GLORY!
(never take credit for what God has done in & through you).
